Global Services Manager

The Global Services Manager - North America, East will partner with the Global Services Regional Director, North America, East to position and sell professional services, ensure successful delivery of implementations, a! nd build and maintain relations with Elite clients within the ! region. The successful candidate will demonstrate domain expertise (global ERP implementation and consulting), utilize best practices (business process redesign, consulting and client engagement strategies), build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve revenue/profit targets for software and services delivery.

This position is responsible for:
Strategy and Operations:
Providing feedback on and participating in the region’s services strategy in conjunction with Elite’s Sales Team;

Working within a matrix management organization to ensure the successfully delivery of implementation projects;

Proactively identifying and resolving issues, risks, and other considerations related to the implementation of projects, products, and services;

Identifying up-selling/cross-selling opportunities within assigned and existing client base;

Providing clear guidance to global services resources, contractors a! nd third party providers, to ensure adherence to the implementation of policies and procedures and in conjunction with the leadership in their respective area (Project Management Managers, Operations Director, etc.); and

Providing project oversight and governance and participate in Steering Committee meetings for implementation/projects as necessary.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Building active client relationships with key influencers and decision makers; establishing and maintaining Executive relationships with all strategic clients;

Providing feedback on strategies to develop and refine service offerings, revenue opportunities and the resources required to deliver those services;

Actively collaborating/participating with sales and assisting with proposal development/presentation, presentations, and contract/addendum reviews, as necessary;

Establishing/refining client satisfaction evaluation and fee! dback process to measure performance and anticipate needs. Tracking cli! ent satisfaction by reviewing periodic surveys and making adjustments in the ongoing strategic approach; and

Communicating regularly with client management to assess satisfaction with the implementation/project process and address issues, questions and concerns.

Fiscal:
Providing feedback on areas of service delivery that affect company profits and expenses.

Working in tandem with the RD to assess, refine, and standardize project profitability metrics and tracking; and

Providing required feedback on reporting of revenue backlog and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

You will be a strong team player and will possess:
A bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting or information technology or equivalent work experience required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.

10+ years of related experience in a mid to large scale organization managing multiple projects/teams simultaneously with a proven track record of successful software engagements with definable contributions to the business;

Demonstrable experience in ERP systems and/or service delivery. Proven track record of implementing multiple ERP solutions in both the domestic and global environment utilizing an industry recognized ERP implementation methodology;

Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate and influence across all management and organizational levels both internally and externally;
Strong project management skills with ability to lead people an! d deliver results through the delegation of others;

Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels;

Good understanding of applicable technical concepts, strategies and architectures and knowledge of operating systems and their relation to business processes;

Advanced PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project); and

The ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
