Marketing/Administrative Coordinator

ââ¬Â¢Assist with Project Managers in the proposal preparation process
ââ¬Â¢Coordinate! and support offices with marketing material and proposal
ââ¬Â¢Develop and produce marketing documents including Statement of Qualifications, updating resumes, updating reference project sheets and other marketing material
ââ¬Â¢Provide/create material for prime and sub consultant proposal submittals
ââ¬Â¢Research, organize and maintain marketing materials from various sources
ââ¬Â¢Develop creative and artistic presentation marketing material
ââ¬Â¢Maintain and organize marketing information systems
ââ¬Â¢Attend pre-proposal and debriefing meetings
ââ¬Â¢Prepare presentations (PowerPoint, handouts and boards)
Administrative Coordinator responsibilities will include:
ââ¬Â¢Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
ââ¬Â¢Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
ââ¬Â¢File, maintain records and ent! er information into databases
ââ¬Â¢Operate & assist staf! f with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions
ââ¬Â¢Maintain scheduling and event calendars
ââ¬Â¢Perform general administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, making copies of correspondence or other printed material
ââ¬Â¢Bachelorââ¬â¢s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or related fields with 0 - 5 years preferred
ââ¬Â¢Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office a must
ââ¬Â¢InDesign experience preferred
ââ¬Â¢Strong and effective communication skills including writing and preparing effective presentations a must
ââ¬Â¢Experience with updating websites, social media i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn and other related media sources a plus
ââ¬Â¢Experience with Delta Vision Software would be ideal

ââ¬Â¢Highly skilled in proofreading and correcting typographical, grammatical, and other errors
ââ¬Â¢Ability to spot and follow-up on open action items and complete assigned tasks without prompting. Knack to ask necessary follow up questions
ââ¬Â¢Must be a self-starter with the aptitude to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong organizational skills
ââ¬Â¢Pleasant, tactful and professional with sound interpersonal skills, and patience
