Marketing/Administrative Coordinator

Location: Irvine California

Description: Group Delta Consultants, Inc. is in need of Marketing/Administrative Coordinator right now, this occupation will be placed in California. For complete informations about this occupation opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Marketing Coordinator responsibilities will include:
•Assist with Project Managers in the proposal preparation process
•Coordinate! and support offices with marketing material and proposal
•Develop and produce marketing documents including Statement of Qualifications, updating resumes, updating reference project sheets and other marketing material
•Provide/create material for prime and sub consultant proposal submittals
•Research, organize and maintain marketing materials from various sources
•Develop creative and artistic presentation marketing material
•Maintain and organize marketing information systems
•Attend pre-proposal and debriefing meetings
•Prepare presentations (PowerPoint, handouts and boards)

Administrative Coordinator responsibilities will include:
•Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
•Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
•File, maintain records and ent! er information into databases
•Operate & assist staf! f with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions
•Maintain scheduling and event calendars
•Perform general administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, making copies of correspondence or other printed material
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or related fields with 0 - 5 years preferred
•Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office a must
•InDesign experience preferred
•Strong and effective communication skills including writing and preparing effective presentations a must
•Experience with updating websites, social media i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn and other related media sources a plus
•Experience with Delta Vision Software would be ideal

•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to understand, draft and produce marketing material and complete all required documentation
•Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with excellent attention to detail
•Highly skilled in proofreading and correcting typographical, grammatical, and other errors
•Ability to spot and follow-up on open action items and complete assigned tasks without prompting. Knack to ask necessary follow up questions
•Must be a self-starter with the aptitude to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong organizational skills
•Pleasant, tactful and professional with sound interpersonal skills, and patience
