The Organizational Transformation Program Manager will drive system adoption and organizational change initiatives with senior leadership and throughout the organization. This role partners with internal and external resources as they establish an organizational change model/methodology and execute change management strategies and plans in support of business transformation initiatives. This person will play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change â€" including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management and communication plans and training that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement.

The manager will work to drive faster adoption, g! reater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the chan! ges impacting employees in Lab126 such that business results are achieved.

The Role:
Applying a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
Developing a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
Identifying potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Developing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans â€" including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
Supporting the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
Being an active and visible coach to executives leaders who! are change sponsors.
Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
Identifying resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
Creating and enabling reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines.
7+ years of experience in organizational change management / organizational transformation.
Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests.
E! xcellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationship! s.
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing for a hardware device company.
