In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Medical Records Tech II assists physicians, patients and staff in medical records maintenance and retrieval and analyzes all medical records.
REQUIREMENTS: High School education or equivalent required. One (1) year Medical Records experience, accredited Records Technician or Registered Record Administrator and completion of Medical Terminology course preferred.
This position is represented by SEIU, Local 399 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
