We are searching for a energetic, organized and ambitious junior marketing superstar! You will work in the music/sports division of a well-known company and work on exciting online marketing campaigns!
This is a long term contract, marketing specialist role working stricly on interactive so you MUST HAVE two plus years strong HTML exp to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize campaigns based on customer preferences, browse and purchase activity, and segmentation
- Analyze performance data, track key metrics, and compile results
- Integrate social media effectively into the email channel
- Continually test, analyze and optimize targeting, content, landing pages to increase open, click-through,
- Manage email requests from internal stakeholders and assist with program development
- Drive programs to increase and optimize the email database
- Manage 3rd party vendors for email production and to implement strategy
- BA/BS degree required
- 2-4 years email and database marketing experience with a proven track record and hands-on campaign management experience
- Solid HTML skills
- Experience working with large customer data sets
- Basic understanding of data-model relationships and query tools
- Must be a team player to work with cross-functional teams and be able to manage multiple tasks
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable delivering department-level presentations
- Experience with Business Objects (or any other business intelligence software) and Omniture SiteCatalyst is highly preferred
- Strong interest in the sports/music landscape is highly preferred
