Associate is a lead product expert supporting Global Treasury Management in client engagements, assisting in developing and closing complex and high dollar deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with strategic clients. Has product line expertise on all products offered across WCM and an understanding of global capabilities. Detailed knowledge of industry and specific segment needs and GTS solutions available to meet those needs. Leads consultative discussions at high levels of the organization and may act as a Bank representative presenting at key industry events. Participates as the GTS solutions expert in client call planning and client calls as well as strategic client reviews, identifying opportunities and influencing solutions. Also is a key participant in Senior Deal Teams. Assists in reviewing product development requirements to ensure VOC is accurate. Will manage a portfolio in partners with assigned TSOs and goals alignment will include both sales and product. Qualifications
Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified.
Seasoned Treasury professionals with knowledge of working capital management solutions , industry knowledge, advisory experience and technically savvy; 5+ years sales experience calling on top client positions; energetic, strategic thinking and has the ability to manage multiple relationships; excellent listening, communication and writing skills. Must have the ability to coach and train others and work independently.
