We are seeking an energetic, motivated, talented sales professional with an outstanding sales track record and strong communication skills. This position requires the hunting and acquisition of large corporate accounts with huge growth potential. We are seeking an individual with an exuberant personality and a polished appearance with significant prior high level sales plus account management experience in the transportation or hospitality business.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
The successful candidate must have a verifiable track record as an experienced relationship builder at all levels
In addition, a minimum of 5-10 years of selling experience to “C†level Silicon Valley executives
Meet or exceed revenue and key account goals
Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with important decision makers
Craft sales presentations that creatively and distinctly differentiate and communicate unique assets to targeted prospects
Willingness to do whatever it takes including working long hours to produce results
Self-motivated, driven individual with the desire to exceed set sales goals and expectations
Experienced in selling multi million dollars deals
Proven creative, innovative thinker with the ability to obtain appointments
Proven organizational and time management skills as a self-starter
Educate / position Bauer’s assets and marketing capabilities to the sponsors and advertiser
Demonstrate the branding values of Bauer’s Captive Audience and drive by Audience to create unique marketing value
Structure, price, successfully negotiate and close all deals and arrange Bauer’s Corporate Customers and Riders
QUALIFICATIONS
Have an exemplary history of high performance, service quality standards, and delivery
Strong relationship and people skills are a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
High energy and a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Expertise in building professional relationships and networking
Willingness to do whatever it takes including working long hours to produce results in year one
