As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist clients by preparing travel packages to meet and exceed their needs and expectations. We highly encourage anyone passionate about helping others to apply for our opportunity!
The travel Coordinator will handle clients' needs from start to finish and include communicating via phone or email, gathering details about the trip and keeping track of information, taking payments, and providing documents for travel to the client.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team
- Review client's budgets, to ensure we are creating travel packages to stay within budgets.
- Become involved within your local communities to promote the company
- Handle last-minute issues that may occur, and ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Promptly respond to clients' requests, via phone and emails.
- Maintain updated records for your clients.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work within the United States.
- Must have access to a laptop or smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Must be effective at communicating with clients.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have good organizational skills
- No experience necessary
