Job description:
TRANSFER
Data entry of transfer reservations
Cost control and data entry of excursion expenses in the system
Organization of transfers (pick-up times, transfer orders, etc.)
Update of actual transfer changes
Collaboration with transfer suppliers
Collaboration with tour – operators representatives
Collaboration with hotels
Providing and up-dating pick – up information to the clients and tour – operators
Resolving operational issues
AIRPORT DESK
Welcome and assist guests at airport desk
Checking flight status
Collaborations with transfer suppliers (bus, taxi drivers)
Collaboration with tour – operators representatives
Update of actual transfer changes
What we look for:
Fluency in English and French (additional language will be evaluated).
Communication skills and team spirit
