Job Overview:
We are looking for a female experienced Secretary with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, to provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's reception area, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities:
1) Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
2) Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
3) Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
4) Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
5) Manage the company's calendar and schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and events.
6) Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
7) Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations.
8) Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
9) Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1) Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
6) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7) Attention to detail and accuracy

8) High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
