Sanford is focused on establishing and operating high-performance separate business units (SBUs/divisions) within its organisational structure. The SBUs are responsible and accountable for their own performance and are charged with delivering high levels of divisional output as well as execution of corporate strategy and policy.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate high volume Recruitment Advisor to join our Wildcatch People and Culture team, to support our Deep-Water Operations. You will provide a seamless, proactive, end to end high volume recruitment process while building mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and candidates.
About the role:
This role will partner and collaborate with the business and functional groups of the organisation to attract and engage diverse talent by building robust recruitment strategies and processes ensuring a great candidate experience every time. You will achieve this by coordinating with the P&C and vessel management teams to identify job requirements, determine candidates qualification criteria, and craft sourcing strategies.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years experience in a high-volume recruitment focused role, ideally within Primary Industry.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills - ability to engage and influence a wide range of people from all walks of life.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to design and develop innovative recruitment initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple and prioritising the demands of a range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding customer focus - engaging and understanding for a positive candidate experience.
- Experienced in contributing to the design and implementation of improvements to recruitment processes and systems to achieve gains in effectiveness and efficiency.
