CPS Supply Chain Shared Services – Demand Planning Analyst
DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Advantaged Supply Chain of the Technical Function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries along with 2 office locations (Atlanta & Drogheda, Ireland). CPS also manages complex additional materials supply chains (e.g. juice, coffee, tea, milk, etc.) on behalf of bottling partners.
The purpose of CPS demand planning is to enable supply chain stakeholders to make planning decisions thanks to clear understanding of the demand - ensuring demand information is accurate, visible real time, understood & aligned across the system.
Hence this role is responsible for managing the short, medium & long term demand plans for several CPS plants - working closely with Plants’ teams (in particular Planning & Logistics, Finance) and other East Supply Chain services functions (Customer management, Portfolio management & Material management), Bottlers, Operating Units & Platform services.
Continuously reassess process automation opportunities to drive efficiencies
Ensure system data consistency to build trust for materials teams, finance & procurement partners
This role is utilizing in-depth demand analytics and tools expertise to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of collaborative demand plans, while ensuring an integrated and robust demand planning process is in place.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Use E2E data in demand analytics such as bottler & OU forecast, ML & market forecast…to drive system consensus on concentrate demand:
- Develop EME OU demand plans for presentation and review with partners, SC & plants as part of CPS ongoing business activities such as SPP’s, Rolling Estimate, and Business Planning.
- Define the segmented planning tactic for EME OU, in conjunction with partners & CRM
- Develop demand scenarios and issue recommendations for volumes adjustments & stock holding to OU, bottlers, SC SS and Plant LT’s.

Ensure system data consistency to build trust for material teams, finance & procurement:
- Ensure system data accuracy through the validation of weekly / monthly demand plans, the creation of frozen versions, demand transfers to planning, and DP master data maintenance. In particular, ensure key business changes (PLM, business models, SPS…) are reflected on time in the system.
- Train CS team members in uploading, reviewing & fixing bottler demand in DP system. Support adherence to standard demand processes.

Accelerate data visibility across SC teams & external partners, leveraging advanced reporting solutions and streamlining com’ channels
- In particular, provide detailed forecast views to assist CS to analyze demand efficiently & aid in the interrogation of the demand, with the aim of establishing a consensus forecast
- Support Midi & Cairo plants demand report requirements, ad hoc analytics & key projects

Present demand highlights & assumptions in an impactful way for SC stakeholders:
- Provide detailed analysis of these plans, through an understanding of demand drivers, assumptions, risks and opportunities.
- Support routines with Supply chain and plant teams in terms of managing and delivering the detailed demand & materials requirements - ensuring the business is correctly planning for immediate and long-term demand.

Facilitate consensus handshake on demand plans over the short, medium & long term – leveraging next gen S&OP process
- Participate in demand discussions with partners such as Next gen S&OP, IPM calls…to establish a consensus forecast.
- Build through CS the appropriate level of collaboration and engagement with OU & bottlers to identify and implement the initiatives required to deliver targeted improvements in Forecast accuracy & bias.

Continuously reassess process improvement & automation opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Work in tight collaboration with other demand analysts within East to drive process improvement across the region and periodically manage key tasks for other East demand planners as required by the team back up plans. This includes updating & validating system data, running reports & representing the DP function in other East plants / partners routine meetings.
- Drive the evolution of local process & information flows towards standard RACI, process flows, routines, reports & metrics…
- Report demand KPIs highlights and establish root cause analysis and improvement actions in the demand field which positively impact the downstream processes and CPS global KPIs, in particular Perfect order & Inventory related KPIs.
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years’ experience in Data analytics, Planning / materials management or Budget areas.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Data Intelligence, Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
