JOB SUMMARY
The CPR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the CPR education and training requests, scheduling of such events and maintaining accurate records of services provided within the communities.
Provides direct patient care in accordance with company protocols and/or online medical direction. Assists with the coverage of open shifts as needed in the assigned area.

Salary Range: $17.80 - $25.58 DOE (This rate applies to 8 hour shift and average 40 per week)

JOB SUMMARY
The CPR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the CPR education and training requests, scheduling of such events and maintaining accurate records of services provided within the communities.
Provides direct patient care in accordance with company protocols and/or online medical direction. Assists with the coverage of open shifts as needed in the assigned area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Establish relationships with local community partners and build a strong market for GMR's CPR community outreach program. This includes but not limited to making contact with associations, churches, high schools, and other local businesses and facilities within the community.
- Creates and maintains educational and promotional materials and presentations related to GMR's CPR community outreach program.
- Coordinates and maintains community CPR education and training requests from EMS agencies, allied healthcare organizations, community partners, internal and external customers on events calendar.
- Maintains accurate records of community CPR events and hours and assists in the preparation of required reporting documentation for internal and external use.
- Develops and implements plans for CPR community outreach in the community.
- Coordinates and participates in the World CPR Challenge event each year.
- Works with the Operations Managers to coordinate operational resources for events.
- Maintains and monitors the inventory of equipment. Ensures routine maintenance of vehicles with fleet department.
- Conduct the onsite education and training for hands only CPR to the community.
- Monitors and reports customer concerns to the operational managers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Skills:
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
Credentials/Licenses:
- EMT Certification
- AHA CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
- AHA CPR Instructor
- Teaching/Education experience
- Sales and marketing experience
- Public speaking experience
- Community Outreach experience
WORKING CONDITIONS AND MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to successfully pass Physical Agility Test (PAT)
- Aptitudes required for work of this nature are good physical stamina, endurance and body condition that would not be adversely affected by frequently having to walk, stand, lift, carry and balance at times.
- Must be able to lift, drag, hoist and carry different types of equipment and other objects.
