Responsibilities:
- Propose creative projects, tools and test new approaches to generate awareness, buzz and business demands
- Take ownership of the Group’s media channels management and account community management
- Develop and maintain social media and community management guidelines
- Develop impactful and effective brand and marketing content strategy on creatives, videos, online & offline advertising to achieve business objectives
- Design and drafts content for all channels including our website, newsletter, blog, organic social and paid social to best tell each story.
- Develop content strategies for new customer acquisition and ROI optimization
- Work with analytics team to generate reports with key metrics (includes impression, traffic, conversion, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of the content
- Work closely with internal teams, and external vendors on content related tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Marketing / Public Relations or other relevant disciplines preferred (but not a must)
- Minimum of 5 years in Content Marketing or copywriting at agency or in-house experience
- Proven track record of success and previous experience working in large scale/ complex organisation with multiple locations and stakeholders
- Experience in working in APAC markets
- In-depth working knowledge of international social media platforms, tools, paid social solutions, content marketing
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and culture
- Knowledge of social media channels and platforms including Weibo, Little Red Book, Facebook, Instagram, etc
