to join our Global Marketing Team in Vantaa , Finland

In this exciting role you will build long-lasting relationships with our customers through our key CRM channels; email, Suunto App and Sports Tracker app, and chat-focused customer support platform. Your expertise also plays a key role in Suunto’s marketing and customer support technology choices. In this role you will work together with global and local marketing and customer support teams on different strategies and tactics how to engage outdoor communities.

Main responsibilities:

You are our system key user for the CRM platform, customer support ticketing solution, marketing technology and analytics. Developing our CRM capabilities for marketing and customer support in close co-operation with business stakeholders is your primary responsibility. You also manage external partners associated with your domain. By regularly analyzing the performance of our activities, you steer the development roadmap for CRM and marketing automation. You report on the performance of customer journeys and key marketing campaigns on a regular basis and share best practices across the broader company.

To succeed, we would appreciate the following skills and qualifications.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or comparable education. You have minimum of two years of working experience in a similar role and a proven track record with CRM platforms, preferably in both marketing and customer support use. You have a structured approach to work and strong project management skills, allowing you to coordinate multiple projects at the same time. You have a global perspective and ability to involve and engage key internal and external stakeholders. You have a good command over CRM solutions and have experience in working as a part of an international team.

Moreover, we are looking for:

  • Capability to coordinate and execute technical development based on marketing and customer support business cases
  • Experience in managing and developing capabilities on CRM platforms
  • Analytical approach

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Resilience
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Valid work permit for Finland
  • Experience in SAP CX solutions (C4C, Emarsys) and in-app messaging is a plus
