Job description
Responsibilities:
· Undertake repairs and maintenance tasks to a high standard including plumbing; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating and required statutory testing.
· Undertake Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable.
· Responsible for ensuring own work and work of any contractor under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner to ensure regular feedback on issues arising before, during and following activities that are carried out.
· Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure maintained to an appropriate standard, reporting any defects immediately.
· Maintenance, daily testing, and upkeep of spa pool.
· Work safely, ensuring safety and well-being of yourself, customers, and colleagues.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder /residential construction in the following trades; plumber, electrician or carpenter.
· A keen eye for detail and finish will be vital.

We’re open 7 days a week and in this role you’ll need to be available to work 2 variable days per week including weekends, late nights and emergency call outs.
