We're seeking an Aged Care Worker/Healthcare Assistantfor 50 bed aged care facility, based in Waihi, Bay of Plenty.
What you'll be doing:
The primary duty of this role is to cover the night shift providing personal care to assigned residents under the supervision of a Registered/Enrolled Nurse.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the aged care sector.
- Strong commitment to quality care of the elderly
- Able & willing to follow instructions & work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- Self-Motivated & punctual
- Excellent written, oral communication & interpersonal skills
- Commitment to on-going education
- Regularly attends In-services
- Maintains confidentiality
- Obtained or working towards Aged Care Education (ACE) qualification or similar - preferable
- First Aid Certificate - preferable
- CPR Training - preferable
- Police check required
- The right to permanently live & work in New Zealand
