With global presence and a commitment to providing innovative and reliable banking solutions to their clients, my client is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the corporate banking product strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and goals
- Lead and grow a team of product managers and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of our product portfolio
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify market trends and customer needs
- Drive product innovation and growth by identifying new opportunities and developing new products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements as needed
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in corporate banking / commercial banking / business banking / SME product management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirement
