WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORAs our Ops P.E Lead you have Supply Chain experience with possibly an order management and process improvement background. You know by experience how to deal with various data, applications and tools (Excel, Tableau and Cognos). This candidate can have commercial experience possibly with an account phasing background. You are capable of crafting and presenting meaningful metrics to your peers, your managers and other partners internally or externally; Giving them guidelines, advices and recommendations.
You also have a minimum of project management experience (leading, co leading or participating in projects). Our new lead has also strong partner management experience, interacting with various partners with different level of seniority. This person would have acquired this experience in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONYou are accountable for supporting/guiding supply chain team when there is a system or process challenge, or whether it requires process documentation and implementing processes. The role also requires governing the processes and implement according to compliance critical policies.
- Guide the MPO teams on system - and/or process issue solution, calling out the Nike Tech and other cross functional teams
- Ensure knowledge documentation on Order Management processes is up to date and available
- Collaborate with the Capability team on new solutions and its transition
- Growing knowledge with collaborators towards standardized processes across EMEA
- Policies update and governance
- Implementing defined centralized activities
- Driving standardization and automation of the existing and new processes and tools
Working in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the marketplace operational business needs. Within this role, you will partner closely with Flow & Analytics teams/leaders, multiple cross-functional teams, and multiple levels in the organization such as MPO account teams, Nike Technology, Capability, Legal, Supply and Inventory Planning, Assortment Planning, Finance Controlling, Logistics, and 3rd vendor parties.
- Supply chain, allocation, planning, or back of house leadership role for a Retail or Consumer Goods business
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, projects and partners to drive a best-in-class customer service
- Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence (excel, tableau, Cognos)
- Consistent track record in leading and delivering process improvement
- You will demonstrate knowledge of financial acumen, Modeling & Analysis, Order Management
- Strong service focus and a proactive demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
