A Service Center Manager should have previous management experience in automotive or retail. We also have a comprehensive managerial training and certification program to ensure individuals within the p! osition are equipped to succeed as a manager of a successful b! usiness. A Service Center Manager is responsible for building and leading a high performance team capable of differentiating our service experience from all other quick lube providers. In addition to physically working on automobiles and taking care of customers, the Service Center Manager will train, develop and manage hourly employees on following and implementing Company policies and procedures.

The Service Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the Service Center. This individual ensures our staff provides outstanding customer service, manages a well trained and motivated staff, and maintains a clean and pleasant Service Center to ensure that customers have an extraordinary experience. Other ASE Certifications will positively affect salary.
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Select, train, coach, schedule and ensure high performance and morale among personnel
- Ensure a highly satisfying experience for every single guest
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws as well as company policies and procedure
- Manage revenue and expenses
- Order and manage inventory and supplies
- Be responsible for basic administrative needs of Service Center
- Maintain the building, grounds and equipment to ensure everyt! hing is clean and in good repair
- Ensure personnel are meeting ! all safety requirements
