We are currently recruiting for an Clinical End User Support Specialist
This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation, Go-Live and ongoing support for the assigned application(s). Responsible for over 50% of first contact resolution of Clinical! Application issues and/or Application training issues which f! all within scope and level of access for the Clinical End user Support Team. Responsible for participating in workflow and system optimization initiatives, ACD telephone support, at-elbow support, and other types of end-user training and support, as determined by management, to help the end users gain the expertise necessary for success.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provides first level application support for assigned clinical systems implemented at CSHS. Performs assessment, follow up and resolution of all clinical end user issues.
2. Identifies additional training needs for end users as well as opportunities for system improvements, and communicates observations to training and application team members.
3. Provides end-user support via 1:1 interactions, group interactions, and telephone support as assigned.
4. Coaches end users during 1.1 and phone support, as part of optimization and ongoing support.
5. Captures! and documents end-user issues to accurately assist to define and troubleshoot, resolve, escalate issues in collaboration with training and application team members.
6. Participates in functional testing, workflow documentation, and other duties as assigned.
7. Successfully utilize the ACD system and the department guidelines around busy codes.

Educational requirements and/or preferences (Licensure, Registration, Certification, Experience, Other):
- Associates Degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- Epic proficiency preferred.
- 18 months of experience implementing and/or supporting Epic software.
- One (1) year of experience working in a large healthcare environment.
- Experience with an ACD System is preferred.
- Knowledge of customer department clinical and business operations/workflows.
- Knowledge of assigned clinical applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills, an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, a working knowledge of network infrastructure and client/server applications is required.
- Ability to interact profession! ally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently.
