In this role you will partner with Dolby team members worldwide to manage Dolby’s global mobility program and help drive the development and refinement of global HR policies and programs. You will also support M&A due diligence and integration planning, risk management, and global expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of international assignment life! cycle activities, including case management of formal assignments, permanent transfers, and short-term business travelers. Assess new assignments and repatriation with HRBPs and line managers and recommend cost effective alternatives. Coordinate and administer cost projection, relocation, immigration, and tax with internal and external partners.
- Maintain and update expatriate's compensation packages, including cost of living adjustments and housing allowances.
- Works closely with vendors and other suppliers to ensure appropriate service levels are met in support of global mobility goals. Conduct RFPs and assess new vendors as needed.
- Develop and edit employment documentation: assignment letters, offer letters, employment contracts, appendixes, etc.
- Develop and maintain global mobility policies, employee handbooks and other HR policies by partnering with HR colleagues, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. --Review policy exceptions and m! ake recommendations that balance risks and business drivers.
- Coordinate global expansion activites related to hiring remote workers and setting up new offices internationally. Partner with HR colleagues and serve as a liaison to Legal, Payroll, and Tax groups.
- Partner with the key stakeholders on Dolby’s HR risk management initiatives including ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in relation to country/local employment laws, internal/external audit, and other areas.
- Collaborate on other projects as needed, including M&A due diligence and integration.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including international assignments and global mobility issues in a multinational company.
- Strong customer service orientation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with HR team and bu! siness partners at all levels within and outside the organization. !
- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Sound written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex matters clearly and simply.
- Strong project management skills; ability to smoothly manage competing priorities.
- Experience developing and editing offer/assignment letters, policies, and other employment documentation.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
