Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a professional sales opportunity, located in the internal sales division in Anaheim, CA. The primary responsibilities of this position include both promoting and selling Ormco's orthodontic product line as well as building strong relationships with the orthodontic market and it'! s universities. Expectations are to sell orthodontic products ! over the telephone with the intention of growing a protected and defined territory.
In addition, you will be managing various sales related projects including:
Developing and maintaining a customer database
Providing technical support, first class customer service and direct marketing
Attending trade shows and various sales meetings and
Managing an expense budget.
This inside sales position will create a foundation that will allow you the opportunity to interview for an available outside territory, anywhere in the United States within 18-24 months. We will provide industry leading training that will include: inside and outside sales responsibilities, product Academy, clinical orthodontics, customer care, marketing, operations internships and opportunities to cover vacant territories throughout the U.S.
Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Qualified candidates are required to possess a BA or! BS degree, prefer previous sales experience with a proven record of success in a quota driven environment. In addition, the ability to sell, educate and present a diverse and technical product line is important.
SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Candidate is required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build solid customer relations. Strong organizational, presentation and time management skills are also required. We recommend proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Power Point. Candidate must also be flexible with relocation opportunities.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR REMARKS:
Candidate must have the ability to relocate temporarily to Orange County, CA for 18-24 months of sales and product training before earning a promotion to relocate to an available outside sales territory anywhere in the United States.
