Qualifications

Requirements include high school diploma (or equivalent) and/or relevant work experience

Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills

Minimum six (6) months customer service experience

Ability to type 30 wpm; ability to handle heavy volume phones.

Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology preferred
