We are currently seeking creative, highly motivated, team-oriented IT professionals for our Associate Consultant Training Program. As an Associate Consultant with Claraview, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading client solutions to the world's top companies and governments of all sizes; traveling to client sites to evaluate the clients' current Business Intelligence needs and recommend solutions; and providing leadership for implementing and delivering the solutions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Claraview Consultant, you are expected to travel 80% of the time, typically Monday through Thursday, while working/training with various clients. Candidates for this role will reside in the San Francisco, CA area.

Qualifications
Basic
Minimum 3.0 GPA in BS/BA degree, preferably in CS, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering or other related fields
Programming utilizing SQL, UNIX, and/or Linux
Effective organizational and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong interest in working hands-on with the technology in dynamic environments
Strong dedication to quality customer service and knowledge of service support and delivery procedures
Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail with accuracy
Ability to deal effectively and professionally with customers, peers, and management
May 2014 graduate
Authorized to work in the United States for any employer witho! ut visa sponsorship
Must be willing to travel
Preferr! ed
Experience with data warehousing and ETL is a plus
Experience with database management systems, scripting languages and web application programming â€" Java/C/C++ programming a plus
Knowledge of BI tools such as Microsoft BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, and SAP BusinessObjects a plus
Previous internships with technical focus
