A Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting and servicing customers at the Customer Service counter. Perform the store's daily audit and reconciliation of the s! tore's cash. Greeting customers, processing customer payments, processing catalog/internet returns, researching bill disputes, as well as any other customer service issue in a professional and timely manner
Performing the store's daily audit and reconciliation of the store's cash
Covers the PBX phone system when PBX operator is on break
Performs additional tasks as required

Must have one year of Customer Service/Cash Office experience (Retail environment preferred). Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, string time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team the ability to multi-task.
