We are searching for a team player to coordinate the Human Resource and Operations functions in our Century City location. The candidate will act as a business partner in support of all HR functions including:! recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management and legal compliance. They will also manage the operations of the store, which includes overseeing merchandise processing, store maintenance, inventory control and loss prevention compliance.
Identify and hire quality talent
Employee relations- issue identification and resolution
Manage corporate wide HR policies and procedures/ federal and state law compliance

Oversee store support functions
