Functions as the right-hand support capability to the VP, coordinating and managing the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the IT department, ! including planning, development, and management of new as well as on-going initiatives.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Service Sta! ndards of the Hospital(s).
Plan, oversee, review and ! implement administrative services supporting executive staff member's activities and functions
Assist the Applications group with project coordination and with the planning, updating & publishing of the strategic plans, SOPS plans, communications, as well as other strategic and tactical projects for SHC
Handle very demanding calendaring responsibilities, coordinate standing meetings, providing agendas, team communications, all meeting logistics, collating data, taking minutes, publishing actions and tracking them for closure
Plan, coordinate and manage site visits from vendors, peer organizations, and auditing and regulatory agencies
Assist in the development and finalization of presentations for both internal and external communication.
Maintains the confidentiality of the department at all times both inside and outside of the work place.
Route/distribute documents. Process expenses and other paperwork. Follow administr! ative systems such as accounts payable, personnel, and purchasing.
Assist with presentation developments and other projects as warranted and assigned.
Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and rapidly changing priorities.
Manages and organizes executive calendars to increase efficiency by scheduling to avoid back-to-back meetings, allowing time for travel between meetings as well as scheduling office time to complete work.
Prepares agendas and documentation for assigned meetings as well as tracks and manages all action items to completion. Also manages deadlines for tasks and requests for information from internal as well as external resources.
Thorough, timely and efficient meeting, conference and travel coordination which may include multiple parties; internal and external.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification
Any combination of education and experience that would likely! provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as posses! sion of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
