General summary of responsibilities:
The Account Development Representative (ADR) assists the sales team by attracting and qualifying prospects that may be evaluating or considering purchasing Celestix's product suite for specific projects. The ADR will also promote seminars, corporate events and selected marketing events. The ADR will work with field marketing to generate leads and collaborate on targeted campaigns and will increase awareness of Celestix products and services in a specific business community and amongst our existing customer base.
Mission:
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in the market in the US market with customers in order to achieve and exceed the sales quota.
Generate opportunities from a list of target accounts within the region by calling direct on target accounts as well as leveraging existing partners.
Suggest and drive the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns targeted at specific segments
Work jointly with the Channel Sales, Field Sales and Marketing teams to leverage existing channel partners and helping develop new partnerships.
Promote the company's image in the marketplace
Qualification and Experience:
Preferred two years of telemarketing, inside sales/telesales or other marketing support experience in IT security or Identity Management industry, proven ability to leverage this knowledge at both strategic and practical levels
Experience in developing new accounts in the US market through direct touch activities and leveraging Systems Integrators, Resellers, Outsourcers and Managed Service Providers
Proven technical skills, commercial knowledge and experience
Ability to quickly learn how to articulate the company's products, solutions and strategy
Sound understanding of the overall market and current as well as upcoming trends, in depth knowledge of current plans, programs and service provision that are currently operational or anticipated within the US market
