HR Executive [United Arab Emirates]


 

· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

· Be actively involved in managing the hiring process from Onboarding to Exit.

· Well versed with the UAE Labour Law

· Create and implement effective onboarding plans

· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

· Maintain employee records (timesheets, Letter of correspondence, input in system data) according to policy and legal requirements

· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

· Must have a good knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel.

Must have a pro-active attitude and eagerness to learn.

Patience and commitment is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • UAE HR: 1 year (Required)

Language:
