We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated VoIP Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. As a Troubleshooting Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to RingCentral VoIP services for our clients.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for RingCentral VoIP services.
- Analyze and diagnose complex network, connectivity, and software-related issues.
- Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information about the problem and guide them through the troubleshooting process.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams or third-party vendors, if necessary, while ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all troubleshooting activities, including findings, actions taken, and solutions provided.
- Stay updated with the latest VoIP technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide status updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting RingCentral VoIP services or similar cloud-based VoIP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, SIP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and utilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Relevant certifications in VoIP or network administration are a plus.
