DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Navigate recruitment platforms to identify and communicate with potential new prospects.
- LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Social Media, etc.

Support recruitment process
- Reference checks when needed
- Resume build when needed
- Other actions may be determined
- Adding new leadership prospects to Target Recruit/applicant tracking system.
- Updating current leadership contacts within Target Recruit/applicant tracking system.to ensure candidate information is accurate.
- Collaborate with recruitment, client services, and company management to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to ensure all hot jobs are actively being on recruitment platforms, at times preparing LinkedIn and Indeed Boolean searches on behalf of Leadership Staffing recruitment team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 1-2+ years’ experience in sales support role and/or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
