Main Responsibilities:
- Get familiar with relevant analysis instruments and corresponding testing SOPs including the following: Adhesion Testing Rig, Air Abrasion Rig, Backpressure Rig, Thermal Shock Rig, Specific Surface Area Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, Microwave Solid Analyzer, TGA, Microwave digestion, PH/Viscosity meter, Viscosity Meter, Mastersizer3000 Laser Particle Size Analyzer, Mercury Porosimeter, CTE Analyser, Automatic Potentiometric Titrator, XRF, ICP-OES, etc.
- Operate test equipment to perform incoming material, in process and final product instrument analyses and inspection.
- Perform timely and accurately laboratory analysis, prepare relevant analysis data.
- Support the leader to carry out non-routine or complex laboratory analysis and testing tasks.
- Record the testing activities and instrument checklists for future retrieval and review.
- Implement lab equipment routine calibration, check and maintenance with the guide of lab engineer to ensure lab equipment in good conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment to conform to the Laboratory 5S and EHS requirement.
- To carry out/ take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
- Mainly focus on daily test and analysis.

Qualifications
- Technical secondary school or above.
- 1 year related industry quality control experience.
- Basic knowledge of ISO/IATF16949.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
