About the Role:
The Junior Operations Specialist will be part of the Logistics Team and will be responsible for the Outbound process and for supporting warehouse teams in day-to-day activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Junior Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Monitor and track daily operational logistics problems
- Monitor daily order processing and reporting on the status of those orders
- Process and monitor consolidated shipment from the U.S. and Estonia
- Communicate and align day-to-day operations with warehouses
- Report daily SLA failure points and propose solutions
- Participate in weekly logistics meetings and workshops
- Monitor the end-of-month dispatch report and push the daily submission of pending orders
- Prepare Logistics updates for senior roundtable
- Attend to any other tasks/meetings that have not been planned
- OPS- BD related concerns and updates
- OPS-Finance related concerns and updates
- Monitor and resolve logistics related incidents
- Continuously review and improve logistics processes
QUALIFICATIONS

- You have at least 2 years experience in the Logistics environment.
- Helping others solve their problems makes you happy, and you love to communicate all day long.
- You are a Client oriented person, and you keep the focus to fulfill deadlines.
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset are part of your DNA.
- Obviously, your English skills are amazing.

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
