Your New Role
You will report directly to the National Sales Director and have the opportunity to use your network and available resources to provide exceptional service to clients and exceed their expectations.
You will be responsible for growing the Market for this client with an uncapped territory.
- Identify, target, and secure new business.
- Develop, report, and pursue a continuing active pipeline
- Prepare and present proposals and tenders to senior decision-makers
- Negotiate rate and service agreements with prospects and service providers
- Design and implement standard operating procedures for new business

- You will be an experienced Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
- Local Market experience is essential
- Experience influencing and engaging key figures in client organizations
- Strong financial expertise with demonstrated ability to develop and implement business structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
