We are currently looking for a Administrators to assist our Workshop, Warehouse & Logistics Teams to join our Score Group team, based at our facility in Wangara.

Your Role within our Team
We are seeking a various Administrators, responsible for the completion of any administration related work within their department. Your role may include assistance with the inwards and outwards goods management, shipment, export/import and logistics process and liaising.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the generation and maintenance of reports, procedures, and templates
- Compilation of test certification from Quality Assurance documents (ensuring data integrity)
- Maintenance of registers and schedules
- Assist in the generation and maintenance of training packages
- Update internal spreadsheets using Excel
- Receiving all Purchase Orders on the Internal Database
- Completion of Delivery Notes for goods being shipped
- Scanning, filing and archiving of all warehouse documentation
- Arranging all company local, domestic or international freight requirements
- Generating customs clearance documents for all international collections
- Generating commercial invoice & packing list for all international exports
- Checking all freight invoices for processing
- Complete VITAL electronic training modules
Qualifications
- WA Certificate of Education or equivalent
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
