The Position
FIS Mo! bile is looking for a talented
Product Analyst
Responsibilities:
Develop a clear, deep, functional understanding of the Mobile Banking product.
Work with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to create incremental functional and non-functional requirements and documentation in areas such as:
Mobile Client interactions and behaviors across modes
Server installations and upgrades
MBanking components: dependencies and limitations
MBanking APIs
Extensions and common customizations
Integration and authentication models and their res! pective configuration requirements
System errors and troubleshooting
Develop user stories, epics and themes for agile product development.
Participate as a Sprint team member in the active development of MBanking product features and functionality.
Produce market and competitive reports to support product decisions.
Create data-driven analysis to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Contribute to product documentation and materials. This may include, but not limited to:
Step-wise configuration documentation for specific feature or on-device flows
Annotation to API documentation providing examples and screen shots
Ensure the product backlog is accurate and can be consumed by engineers and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communicator. Responsible for internal communication of product features to the cross-functional product development t! eam. Responsible for external communications to partners and prospects.! Product documentation must be of high quality and written with a goal of re-use for both internal and external audiences.
Prior experience working in one or more of the following roles (in priority order):
Business analyst, software product manager, technical writer, project manager, developer, QA analyst.
Prior experience in retail financial services and/or mobile phone software development is preferred, but not required.
