Email Campaign Specialist

Sharecare is looking for an experienced Email Campaign Specialist to manage our pro email products. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating email communications programs designed to fit the needs of our aud! ience and customers. Email Campaign Specialist will assist a growing email marketing team with needs related to an already robust email marketing offering.
The position is highly collaborative and requires the ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Client Services, Design, and Editorial.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define campaign objectives and goals for each company initiative, and drive each objective to completion.
- Pull daily and weekly reports to track the overall performance of our campaigns and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Work closely with Messaging team to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, and that all email activity is tracked and analyzed to support ongoing optimization.
- Become an expert on the segmentation and dynamic capabilities of our email services provider, and provide recommendations on h! ow to leverage that technology to improve the engagement and c! onversion of our email programs.
- Strategize with stakeholders to optimize campaign performance to achieve traffic and revenue metrics including open and click rates, conversions, retention and incremental revenue lift.
- Ensure that rapid testing and learning is conducted in a systematic way to promote ongoing optimization of the pro email product.
- Minimum 2-3 years working with high volume email marketing campaigns in B2C environments.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM, and the opt-in/out process.
- Ability to think logically & critically when solving problems and considering process & platform improvements.
- Ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment and problem solve independently.
- Experience using an email service provider or marketing automation platform.
- Basic understanding of HTML preferred.
- Strong written &! verbal communication skills.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, if any.
Physical Job Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may need to move or lift light articles.
