Oversess the development of strategies and tactical plans for tax operations and ensuring these plans continue to support aggressive tax minimization strategies; managing the tax operations group re! sponsible for tax compliance activities; managing the development of tax methods, procedurees, policies, and systems specifications to support tax analysis, compliance and financial reporting requirements; leading the planning, analysis, and review of corporate tax returns; and performing/managing the analysis of and interpretation of new/existing tax law, case law, and rulings. Incumbent is recognized as an expert in their field and is viewed as a valuable technical resource, continually applying leading edge tax skills to complex tax activities in order to achieve the aggressive tax objectives and strategies of the organization. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems. Typically requires 7 - 10 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
